The beautiful Yol valley was the highlight of our winter trip
Our managers decided to have our yearly winter vacation in the Gobi. Employees from Ulaanbaatar drove to the Gobi 600 km to meet other staffs that work in the Gobi. We had many activities, one activity was visiting "Mukhar shiwert". Winter travel has many advantages. There are fewer traveler queues in the beautiful landscape during the winter.
JAMOGRAND colleagues in front of the dramatic scenery called lammergeier valley which is a deep narrow gorge that is filled with glacier ice in the winter. It is located in the Gurvan Saikhan Mountains which are the southern part of Mongolia.
The Gobi Museum of Nature and History has a collection of more than 4,000 exhibits and artifacts within its halls. There are also ancient and paleontological findings that prove human civilization existed in South Gobi 4,500-5,000 years ago and includes work samples of the blacksmiths and artisans.

Our colleagues are passionate about sports. In Mongolia, we consider basketball and volleyball to be our national sports. We joke that Mongolians grow up playing basketball and volleyball from 6-60 years old. It is a popular sport for both males and females.
It is time to go back to Ulaanbaatar after having an amazing time in the Gobi.
