STORY OF JAMOGRAND GROUP
It all started with a family. Batzorig, Batbayar and Battuya are cousins and they met Onuki San, who was a successful businessman in Japan. They started Dream Gobi Lodge in 2008 which became the first yurt camp with ensuite bathrooms. It was such an innovative solution in the area where infrastructure development was non existent. Jamo is joint word from Japan and Mongolia. Within last 16 years, we opened our lodges in Terelj National Park, Lake Khuvsgul, opened up fresh and healthy meal deli in Ulaanbaatar, and extended with meat processing factory in South Gobi and Khentii Province.
JamoGrand Group has over 100 staff in 5 regions of Mongolia. Tourism or food industry, in both, we keep the same values and stay committed to the full enjoyment of our customers.

In Mongolia, there are many companies, mostly in manufacturing, that have been awarded the certificate but we are not aware of any tourism companies who are certified with ISO 9001:2015. Being certified with ISO 9001 will not only help us attract more customers and earn higher profits, but it is an essential precondition for the sustainable business we are aiming to establish.
