On March 29, the Government of the Russian Federation approved a resolution which allows both countries’ people to travel through the Mongolian-Russian border ports.
Citizens have been allowed to travel through the auto road border crossings from midday today, March 30, following a note that was received by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Mongolia.
In order to travel to Russia, Mongolian citizens will be required to have a negative PCR test taken within 48 hours before crossing the border, reported the Embassy.
