Jamo Grand Group Holds 2025 Annual Report Meeting

Today Jamo Grand Group held its 2025 Annual Report Meeting, bringing together team members from across all sectors to reflect on the past year’s achievements and plan for the future. Founded in 2008, the group now employs over 120 full-time staff and more than 170 employees during the peak tourist season. Its operations span diverse sectors, including Good Root Meat Processing Company, a water production company, Peace Deli Food & Service branches, Wellspring Voyage tour operator, and hospitality services through Dream Gobi Lodge, Terelj Hills Lodge, and Lake Forest Lodge.

In 2025, the group organized 12 diverse tour programs, welcomed 580 tourists across 63 groups, and achieved a 95% traveler satisfaction rate. Outstanding employees were recognized with awards, including cash prizes and opportunities to travel abroad, highlighting the company’s commitment to excellence and employee appreciation.

The annual report meeting was also a chance to reconnect with colleagues from other towns and strengthen the teamwork that drives the group’s continued success. The celebrations will continue tomorrow with the New Year party, and many more photos and updates will be shared soon.
