Under the vast, cerulean expanse of the Mongolian sky, the cry of a falcon pierces the silence of the steppe, a sound that has echoed through centuries of nomadic life. Here, where the ancient world meets the modern, stands Batbileg, a man who moves with the grace of a hunter and the precision of a stunt performer, carrying the weight of a living heritage into the global spotlight.

Batbileg is more than a master of tradition. He is a bridge between the historical realities of Mongolia and the grand visual storytelling of Hollywood. With 15 years of professional experience in theatre arts, his physical mastery has brought the intensity of Mongolian horsemanship to screens worldwide. His filmography serves as a testament to his authentic skill set, which includes horseback archery, Bukh wrestling, and expert horse riding. His cinematic contributions include:

Marco Polo (Netflix): Serving as part of the elite stunt team, he brought intense battle sequences and authentic horsemanship to life.

Mulan (Disney): As a member of the specialized Mongolian riding crew, he showcased the aggressive, high-speed riding style for which he is renowned.

Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings: He contributed his physical expertise as a stunt performer to this major Marvel production.

1242: Gateway to the West: He lent his talents as a stunt performer to this historical epic.

Additional Works: His dedication to authentic portrayal is evident in his involvement with films such as Waiting for the BarbariansThe Mongol (2007), and the historical production Princess Khutulun.

Beyond the camera, Batbileg lives the history he portrays. He is an officially recognized "Inheritor and Bearer of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Mongolian Falconry," acting as a singular force for this art in the central region. At the 20th Anniversary International Eagle Festival 2026, held at the Chinggis Khaanii Khuree Tourist Complex, Batbileg represented the heart of central Mongolia among elite competitors. He showcased his prowess in Eagle Calling and Fox Skin bait dragging, ultimately triumphing in the prestigious "coin grabbing from horseback" competition, a true testament to the elite agility of a Mongol rider.

He produced and starred in the acclaimed documentary film Falconry (Shuvuulahui), which captures the profound soul of this ancient practice. This film, a vital archive of his work, is available for viewing at the Terelj Hills Lodge.

The cycle of tradition continues as Batbileg guides his daughter, Erkhsaran. Under his dedicated mentorship, she is mastering the art of taming and training Saker Falcons, becoming a vital link in the chain of cultural inheritance.

B. Erkhsaran, daughter of Master B. Batbileg, stands with her Saker Falcon. As an apprentice in the ancient art of falconry, she represents the next generation of cultural bearers in Mongolia's Tuv Province.
