🔹FEEDBACK
FEEDBACK IS THE MOST PRECIOUS GIFT
As is the tradition in our company, at the end of the workshop, team members shared feedback and exchanged suggestions for areas of growth. Feedback is the most valuable gift we can give each other. Every message that says “let’s improve” helps an individual reach the next level. By making this a regular practice, it builds a strong foundation for both stronger teamwork and personal growth.
