Everything started with one hard-working family. Onuki san from Japan met Batzorig and Battuya, the founders of the company, and found them incredibly honest, loyal and reliable. Soon we were building Dream Gobi Lodge with his help in the Gobi Desert in 2008, followed by Terelj Hills Lodge in 2012, Peace Pub Restaurant in 2013, Bayandun farm in 2015, Lake Forest Lodge in 2017, Goodroot Meat Plant in 2019, Wellspring Voyage in 2019, and Jamo Training center in 2021.
The vision of the future came true, and we got the new one recently. "We want to become a public company in coming 5 years and the top in the traditional sectors, including tourism and hospitality, food and agriculture in coming 15 years.
The mission and the business principles did not change. They are based on People-Nature-Service, which sums up the mission "Our family will deliver valuable products and services that are the direct result of our commitment to the quality management, health, and safety standards, and our care for each other and everyone".
What does JamoGrand Network stand for? This is us getting ready to become a public company. At the same time, we partner with the local vendors, herders, and farmers. We share our best practices, we help where needs arise, and we work and learn together.

ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) is internationally recognized as the world’s leading quality management standard and has been implemented by over one million organizations in over 170 countries globally. Using ISO 9001:2015 helps ensure that customers get consistent, good quality products and services, which in turn brings many business benefits.
In Mongolia, there are many companies, mostly in manufacturing, that have been awarded the certificate but we are not aware of any tourism companies who are certified with ISO 9001:2015. Being certified with ISO 9001 will not only help us attract more customers and earn higher profits, but it is an essential precondition for the sustainable business we are aiming to establish.

Duuya worked her way up, first as a guide, then as a trip leader, a few years in operation and sales, and the project management in the last 8 years. We nickname her Multitasking machine, as she is leading the finance and procurement team, marketing and sales, along with the tour operator business.
Battuya started her career in tourism successfully running Dream Gobi Lodge, in 2008. When one lodge grew up to be several, she decided to deliver no middle man travel packages to her customers. Battuya is the head and heart of the network, well respected for her honest, persistent, and dependable personality. She focuses on the meat plant and production.

Erchmee was one of the first employee of JamoGrand group starting as a accomedation staff. He's hard work and innovative ideas has earned him a position of Lodge manager. He was a multi-talented manager making sure their stay at the lodge is comforting and welcoming. During his time with us he got to know what kind of employees we are looking for and learned how to train them. This earned him the position of Human Resource manager.

Hishigdulam, who has been with us since our inception. She started managing Terelj Hills Lodge since its establishment, now leads the product and service development, marketing and construction projects.

Oyunbileg, who always sets an example for her colleagues with her hardworking, detailed and ambitious attitude, leads the finance and supply department of our group.
