Specialized Training During Low Season
We utilize the tourist low season as a period of intensive professional growth. Currently, the chefs from all three of our signature properties, Terelj Hills Lodge, Lake Forest Lodge, and Dream Gobi Lodge, are undergoing specialized culinary masterclasses.
This intensive training is specifically designed to deepen their understanding of global traveler needs.
