How we cope with quarantine life in Mongolia?

The process of quarantine will depend on what kind of quarantine you have.

According to various studies, a person's habit lasts for 21 days. For us, too, new habits and lifestyles have been established during this period, and when we leave quarantine, we will have to adapt to new situations.

So, if we are asked if we want to go back to our previous lives, the answer is probably NO.

So, since this sudden quarantine decision from the government, our company

managements had to react fast in this second wave. During this pandemic time taking care

of your colleagues and your family can be a stress reliever, but it should be balanced with

care for yourself and your employees. Rather than freezing the working premises, our

company managers keep finding other solutions to keep them working and encourage

them by company policy that creating other sources of job and develop themselves. It is

grateful that the managers care for their employee’s mental health and helping cope with

their stress, such as by providing social support. All this effort can also make your team

stronger.

During times of increased social distancing, people can still maintain social connections and care for their mental health. Phone calls or video chats can help you and your loved ones feel socially connected, less lonely, or isolated. Our company is making major changes on our internal regulations and started online staff training with managers and discussing the new changes and new habits of post COVID regulations and acts will be implemented in our three lodges which are #Terelj Hills Lodge, #Dream Gobi lodge, and #Lake Forest Lodge, #Peace Pub Deli and the #Good Root Meat factory. Our General Manager Duuya doing constant research and keeping us to include various online classes.

Staff that must work, and be there physically at the meat factory, and keep the lodges safe

and sound, are following the regulations and providing food to us during this difficult

season.
