New abbot D. Javzandorj was appointed in Gandandegchilen monastery in Mongolia

D. Choizhamts, the head abbot of Gandantekchenlin Monastery, the Buddhist center of Mongolia, submitted a request to hand over his duties.

His request was approved and a new abbot was appointed in November 18th. The ceremony of enthronement of the head great abbot of Gandantekchenlin Monastery, XXX Abbot Nomun Khan and Geshe lkhaaramba D. Javzandorj, was performed in the auspicious day in the year of water rabbit, "Usesgelen Bolgogoch", in Batsagaan Tsogchen Dugan monastery.
